Understandably, you will have questions about our lockers, our service and how it all works, no problem! Most likely we will have asked the same question before, so please do check through our handy list of FAQ below.
Q: What kind of power socket do the lockers provide?
A: All power lockers support USB CHARGING – please bring your device's USB charging cable to charge them in the locker.
IMPORTANT – a regular domestic plug, inverters, hair dryers, straighteners etc. will not fit and is not supported. Forcing these devices into the power source will cause damage, any damage to the locker will be charged.
Q: I have an inverter to convert 12v power supplies to 240v, will this work in my locker?
A: Unfortunately not, our lockers are only designed to support smaller devices. Each locker is supplied with 800 milliamps which is suitable for charging a mobile phones, ipods, and cameras.
Q: Can I use a splitter to charge more than one device?
A: Only one device per locker can be charged, using a USB splitter is likely to trip the power system and cause an inconvenience to other users. Any damage to the locker will be charged.
Q: Does the locker fee cover the entire festival duration?
A: Yes – the fee on our website covers the entire duration on the festival as standard. However, some lockers are rented on a daily basis but this is stated on the LockerHouse website during the booking process (usually applicable to arena lockers only).
Q: I have ordered my locker through Ticketmaster but wasn't sent a locker voucher, will it arrive in the post with my tickets?
A: For security reasons, we cannot post your voucher to you. Your Lockerhouse voucher will come directly from the Lockerhouse booking office. The Lockerhouse team will email your voucher code to you 7 days prior to the event. Alternatively you can also download your own voucher here using your reference number. If you do not receive your code, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help. As a last resort you will also be able to bring your Sage Pay receipt and your ID to the LockerHouse site team during the festival and we should be able to find your booking.
Q: Will there be 24 hour access to the lockers?
A: Yes! If you have your Lockerhouse wristband you will be able to access your lockers 24 hours a day. LockerHouse box office opening hours differ with each festival, but are usually open until late at night and open again from early in the morning (9am - 9pm).
Q: Will the lockers be supervised 24 hours a day?
A: We take the security of your personal belongings very seriously, there will be security personnel on site at the LockerHouse stand and 24 hour CCTV. Access to the lockers are limited and only granted to those with issued ID which is given upon registration and confirmation of your identity at the LockerHouse box office.
Q: I have trouble bending down/reaching up, can I pick my own locker or are the lockers automatically allocated?
A: If you have any special requirements due to health reasons or disability, please notify a member of staff at the LockerHouse box office on arrival – we will do our best to accommodate you and allocate an appropriate locker.
Q: Will I be able to share my locker with my friend/partner?
A: Of course you can share your locker, however please be aware that the locker size (25cm wide x 15.5cm deep x 10cm high) is suitable for smaller items only. There is also only one power supply to charge one device at a time.
The locker fee covers one wristband, one padlock and two keys for the duration of the festival. If you are planning to share your locker, you must purchase an additional wristband from the onsite LockerHouse box office for £2.00 GBP. This will enable you both to enter the LockerHouse stand and access the lockers.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: Please bring your LockerHouse voucher code (emailed prior to the event), ID, security password and relevant USB charging cable for your device. If you have forgotten your device's charging cable, there will be a limited number available to purchase from the LockerHouse onsite stand.
